She researched areas for us, provided us with data, recommended vendors, including helping us get a great new insurance company that saved us a ton of money. We have never worked with a realtor that was this hands on and went so much out of her way to take care of us. One last note, she's really enjoyable to be around and that helped with the negotiation because the seller's agent really enjoyed dealing with her. We felt like this helped us get a better deal.
